The Flats:

Beautiful penthouses in Benalmádena, Malaga.

Ideal for family holiday; both flats have 60 square metres and have the same size terrace with sea views. You can choose between a "superb seaview", with unhindered views of the sea all around, or a "delightful seaview", where the terrace is a bit more secluded, but the balcony will more than make up for that.

Each flat can accommodate up to 5 people (e.g. 2 couples and one child or one couple and 3 children).

Each flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, plus a sofa bed. Both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes as well as additional cupboards and wardrobes distributed around the flat.

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and bathroom. Living room with dining table, sofa, armchair and glass-covered fireplace, with access to a 5 m2 balcony overlooking the sea and mountains.

There is also a wide-screen tv, internet connection and a safety box.

Main terrace of 60m2 with pergola and dining table with chairs.

All rooms have air-conditioning and heating; both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Iron and board, hair dryer, bath and hand towels, all provided.

The complex has extensive communal gardens with a large swimming pool for adults and children. Common BBQ area.

Private, quiet, and safe neighbourhood.

Access to motorway (A7) and beaches at five minutes. Shopping, restaurants and supermarkets a two-minute drive. Parking space available.

Malaga Airport at 20 minutes, Malaga Center at 25 minutes .

Minimum stay 5 nights in high seasons, low season - 4 nights minimum.
