Bookings and payments
Bookings can be arranged by email or by phone, directly with the owner.
Rental is for a minimum period of 5 days in mid and high season; 4 days in the winter season. We have a discount for 14 day bookings and at certain times of the year we
might offer even shorter periods, please enquire.
Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 10.00, please advise us if you need luggage storage before or after these times and we will be delighted to
help.
Payment method:
Deposit to guarantee the booking is 20% of the total.
Confirmation of the booking (maximum two weeks before the check-in date) is 30%, the remainder upon arrival.
Refundable security deposit of € 100 upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 14 days in advance.

For legal purposes the owner offers this rental through his company
"The Works", registered in the Commercial Register of Madrid under number 2011/33
